The purpose of the project is to educate researchers and lawyers on corporate and securities law in China and Japan in order to develop the infrastructure underpinning the capital markets of both countries. Seminars are held two or three times a year. In addition to faculty members of Tsinghua University School of Law and the University of Tokyo Graduate Schools for Law and Politics, researchers of other institutions and practitioners from law firms and stock exchanges will attend these seminars.
