The consortium, based on the joint research contracts with more than 30 major manufacturing and related firms located in Japan, conducts various activities on sharing information, knowledge and know-how regarding global manufacturing networks and human resource development, creation of value-carrying design information in development, production, purchasing and sales processes, as well as capability-building in manufacturing sites. Since 2004, we have held over 150 monthly meetings in addition to the abovementioned activities.
